Insurance Broker Compensation

Mr. Underdown has experience with insurance broker compensation both as a Risk Manager and as an Expert Witness. As a Risk Manager, Mr. Underdown dealt with a variety of insurance brokers including local, regional, and national firms.  He maintains that full disclosure is the best policy and that the commission and/or fee arrangement should be outlined in the Broker Service Agreement.
